Our site maintenance packages are available as quarterly and yearly packages with a discount for pre-purchasing the package for 1 year.  The price of each package is based upon the cost:

• for maintaining the core CMS software used,
• for maintaining each extension / add-on added to your website, and
• any additional costs associated to specific needs not met under our standard maintenance agreement.

Each maintenance package includes the following:

• All updates for core CMS software, including immediate updates for security releases
• Immediate security updates for all covered extensions* on site
• Quarterly updates for all feature releases for all covered extensions* on site
• Ability to request a feature release be applied sooner than scheduled application**

*Only extensions written into the maintenance agreement are covered.  Some custom extensions or extensions added by client may not be covered or are covered by a seperate agreement
** Client can request a feature release to be applied sooner.  Times Two Technology may apply the release sooner than scheduled time permitting, or client can choose to pay to have the released applied through a support package or on per-hour basis.
